Puffin Plastic Patrol

Puffin Plastic Patrol is a simple 2D side scrolling type of game where players control WASD or the arrow keys. Players must avoid plastic pollution while collecting 20 fish.

This game is a commentary on climate change. Puffins are a breed strongly connected to Icelandic culture (my culture); innocent animals are dying due to the greed of humans. Climate change is causing  a number of adverse effects on puffins. The puffins die gruesome, painful deaths as they, and humans give up on the world around them.  I have seen first-hand the effect that climate change has on my small country in a mere 10 years. I aim to show the viewers the beauty of the puffin, juxtaposed with the consequences of greed.
